Liqua Emulgator – Leistung für leichte Cremes

Liqua Emulgator ist ein Emulgator, der aus erneuerbaren Rohstoffen hergestellt wird und speziell entwickelt wurde, um technische Herausforderungen im Zusammenhang mit der Stabilisierung niedrigviskoser Emulsionen und leichter Cremes zu überwinden. Seine Struktur bietet außergewöhnliche Formulierungsflexibilität, zeigt eine gute Toleranz in Gegenwart schwer zu stabilisierender Inhaltsstoffe und trägt gleichzeitig aktiv zur Verbesserung des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts der Haut bei.

Ein vielseitiger, leistungsstarker O/W-Emulgator, besonders geeignet für niedrigviskose Emulsionen wie Seren, Lotionen und fluide Cremes mit niedrigem Ölgehalt. Er bietet Flexibilität in der Formulierung und ermöglicht die Gestaltung einer großen Vielfalt sensorischer Profile.

Ingredients (INCI): Polyglyceryl-6 Stearate (and) Polyglyceryl-6 Behenate.

Technische Eigenschaften

  • Emulsionstyp: Öl-in-Wasser (O/W), nichtionisch, PEG-frei
  • Aussehen: Gelbliche Pellets, charakteristischer Geruch.
  • HLB-Wert: Etwa 13 
  • Optimaler pH-Bereich: 4,0 bis 8,5.
  • Empfohlene Dosierung: 2,5% - 4,0% 

Eigenschaften und Vorteile

  • Spezialisiert auf fluide Texturen: Bietet eine gute Stabilisierung für sehr niedrigviskose O/W-Emulsionen und verhindert Phasentrennung in leichten Lotionen und Sprays.
  • Kompatibilität mit schwierigen Wirkstoffen: Verträgt und stabilisiert hervorragend Formeln mit hohen Elektrolytkonzentrationen, hohen Harnstoffanteilen oder Ethanol.
  • Feuchtigkeitsspendend (in vivo): Aufgrund seiner polyglycerolbasierten Struktur führt er zu einer Erhöhung der Hautfeuchtigkeit.

Anwendungen

  • Tägliche Feuchtigkeitscremes für Gesicht und Körper.
  • Emulgierte Seren, Booster-Seren.
  • Sonnenschutzlotionen und -sprays, After-Sun-Emulsionen.
  • Fluide Körpermilch, tägliche Feuchtigkeitslotionen und feuchtigkeitsspendende Körpersprays.
  • Formulierungen mit hohem Harnstoffgehalt für sehr trockene oder raue Haut.
  • Kosmetik mit alkoholbasierten Wirkstoffen (Ethanol) oder elektrolytreichen Extrakten.

Formulierungsleitfaden

  • Empfohlene Dosierung: Zwischen 2,5% und 4,0% der Gesamtformel verwenden.
  • Anteil der Fettphase: Empfohlen 10% - 30% für dichtere Emulsionen und 10% - 20% für fluide Emulsionen.
  • Standardmethode: Ölphase und Wasserphase separat auf 75°C erhitzen. Die heiße Ölphase unter kontinuierlichem Rühren in die heiße Wasserphase gießen, unmittelbar gefolgt von der Homogenisierung.
  • Setup der Konsistenzgeber: Im Allgemeinen kombiniert mit 1 - 3% Konsistenzgebern (Glyceryl Stearate und Cetearyl Alcohol empfohlen). Zur Stabilität 0,2% - 0,7% Xanthangummi hinzufügen.
  • Xanthan Gum oder ACX Gum wird typischerweise nach der Bildung der Emulsion hinzugefügt.

Sicherheit bei der Anwendung und Lagerung

Sicherheitsprofil: Sicherer Inhaltsstoff mit guter Hautverträglichkeit.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen: Nur zur äußerlichen kosmetischen Anwendung. 
Lagerung: In einem geschlossenen Behälter, an einem trockenen und kühlen Ort, vor Licht geschützt aufbewahren.

A very good emulsifier for more liquid emulsions. It can NOT be substituted with other emulsifiers, it has its own particular characteristics, it is O/W (i.e. oil in water).

I make some lotions and sprays with this ingredient (deodorant roll-on, cleaning gel for face with a little bit vegetable oil) I use it because I don t like when the product is dephased or such as biphased for exemple Great emulsifier :)

I have been trying for a long time to create a body lotion, a lightweight formula that absorbs quickly and leaves the skin moisturized and non-greasy. With this emulsifier, I have succeeded. If other emulsifiers are perfect for creams and such, this one is perfect for serums and lotions! Just this one! With another product I have not been able to recreate that same smooth and fluid texture. I plan to create a milk cleanser as well then come back with reviews.

Very good, I used it from the first one-pot (aqueous and oily phase in the same pot) as I always do with olliva and it didn't fail. I did the oligo.dermo-filler moisturizer and you look perfect
