Beschreibung
Bittersalz ist ein beliebtes natürliches Heilmittel für eine Reihe von Beschwerden. Es wirkt entspannend und entlastend, fördert die transdermale Magnesiumaufnahme und reinigt die Haut. ANWENDUNG

- 3-5 Esslöffel in warmes Badewasser geben und 20 Minuten lang einweichen, bis zu dreimal pro Woche
- 250 g Bittersalz mit 2 EL Pflanzenöl und 1-2 TL ätherischem Öl wie Pfefferminze, Lavendel, Grapefruit, Rosmarin, Wintergrün oder Zitroneneukalyptus vermischen; in ein Glasgefäß füllen und einmal pro Woche eine angemessene Menge verwenden
- 1-2 Esslöffel in warmes Wasser für ein Fußbad geben
