Beschreibung

Unser Sojawachs wurde speziell für Kerzen in Gläsern entwickelt. Kerzen, die mit diesem rein pflanzlichen Wachs hergestellt werden, haben ein cremiges Aussehen, eine glatte Oberfläche, einen sauberen Abbrand und eine gute Duftabgabe.

Dieses Produkt ist biologisch abbaubar und veganfreundlich. Es werden keine tierischen Produkte verwendet und bei seiner Herstellung wurden keine Tierversuche durchgeführt.

Inhaltsstoffe: Hydriertes Pflanzenöl

Aussehen: Flocken (100 g Packung), Brocken (1 kg-> Packungen)

Erstarrungspunkt 35-40°C

Schmelzpunkt 45-53°C

  

ANLEITUNG

  • 1. Bereite das Glas / den Behälter vor, es sollte sauber sein und mindestens Zimmertemperatur haben.
  • 2. Legen Sie den Docht in das Glas und befestigen Sie ihn mit einer Wäscheklammer.
  • 3. Schmelzen Sie das Wachs in einem Wasserbad und rühren Sie es während des Schmelzens um. Erhitzen Sie das Wachs nicht über 85 °C oder über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg.
  • 4. Fügen Sie die gewünschte Menge Farbstoff oder Pigment zusammen mit dem ätherischen Öl oder Duftöl Ihrer Wahl hinzu, bis zu 8-10 Prozent, und mischen Sie gut. Verwenden Sie immer ätherische Öle und Duftöle mit einem Flammpunkt von über 75°C.
  • 5. Gießen Sie die Masse bei der empfohlenen Gießtemperatur von 65-70°C in das Gefäß. Lassen Sie es langsam erstarren.
  • 6. Bei Kerzen auf Sojawachsbasis ist eine Aushärtungszeit von 3-4 Tagen vor dem ersten Abbrennen empfehlenswert.

  

ANMERKUNGEN

  • Natürliche Wachse erfordern in der Regel größere Dochte als herkömmliche Paraffinwachse. 
  • Die Größe und Tiefe des Brennbeckens haben einen großen Einfluss auf die Duftabgabe, daher ist ein korrekter Docht ein Muss.
  • Langsames Abkühlen begünstigt das Anhaften des Behälters, während schnelleres Abkühlen das Wegziehen fördert.
  • Unser Sojawachs hat eine geringere Reifbildung, kann aber bei plötzlichen Temperaturschwankungen, wie die meisten Sojawachse, kristallisieren.
  • Jede Kombination aus Behälter, Wachs, Farbstoff, Duft und Docht muss auf ihre Brennqualität getestet werden. Wir empfehlen, eine kleine Menge des Produkts zu testen, bevor Sie mit der Produktion in großem Maßstab beginnen.
