Natürliche Haarconditioner-Basis ist eine gebrauchsfertige Emulsion, die zur schnellen Herstellung individuell angepasster Haarconditioner und Masken verwendet wird. Die Formel ist mit pflanzlich gewonnenen Conditioning-Wirkstoffen hergestellt und mit Bio-Buttern und Bio-Ölen angereichert. Sie wirkt, indem sie elektrostatische Ladungen auf der Oberfläche des Haarschafts neutralisiert, die Kutikula glättet und das Entwirren erleichtert.
Die Basis weist Stabilität auf und ermöglicht die zusätzliche Einarbeitung einer breiten Palette von Wirkstoffen oder ätherischen Ölen, um eine personalisierte Haarmaske oder einen Conditioner zu formulieren.

Formulierungs- und Anpassungsleitfaden
Die Einarbeitung zusätzlicher Inhaltsstoffe in die Conditioner-Basis muss unter Einhaltung der Stabilitätsgrenzen erfolgen:
- Verfahren: Die Basis erfordert kein Erhitzen. Zusätzliche Inhaltsstoffe sollten bei Raumtemperatur hinzugefügt werden. Die Inhaltsstoffe nach und nach unter langsamem, kontinuierlichem Rühren einarbeiten, bis die Mischung vollständig homogenisiert ist. Nach der Anpassung der Basis ist keine Zugabe zusätzlicher Konservierungsmittel erforderlich.
- Zugabegrenzen: Im Allgemeinen können der Conditioner-Basis insgesamt 1-5% zusätzliche Inhaltsstoffe zugesetzt werden, in einigen Fällen bis zu 10%; der optimale Prozentsatz hängt von Art und Löslichkeit der Inhaltsstoffe ab. Die Zugabe von mehr als 2-3% Ölen oder lipidischen Wirkstoffen wird nicht empfohlen.
- Synergien: Haarmasken, Cremes und Conditioner können hergestellt und mit spezifischen Wirkstoffen wie Panthenol, Silk Protein, Rice Protein Keratin, Vege-Collagen, Vege-Keratin, Hairbond, Hair-Protect, Maca Fortis Extract sowie ätherischen Ölen von Rosmarin, Salbei, Ylang-Ylang und anderen angereichert werden.

Ist es weiterhin notwendig, ein Konservierungsmittel hinzuzufügen, wenn ich neue Inhaltsstoffe in die Basis einarbeite?
Das ursprüngliche Konservierungssystem der Basis ist robust genug, um das Endprodukt bei einer Zugabe von bis zu 10% zusätzlicher Inhaltsstoffe zu schützen.
Warum wurde sie dünnflüssiger, nachdem ich Inhaltsstoffe hinzugefügt habe?
Eine Verflüssigung oder ein Viskositätsabfall der Basis tritt aus zwei Gründen auf: Entweder wurde die maximale Lipidbelastungskapazität überschritten (es wurden zu viele Öle hinzugefügt), oder es wurden Wirkstoffe mit hoher Ionenstärke (Elektrolyte oder konzentrierte Salze) eingebracht. Bestimmte Zusätze können die mizellare Anordnung innerhalb der Emulsion stören. Die Lösung besteht darin, Zusätze auf kumulative Prozentsätze unter 5% zu begrenzen und die Kompatibilität in kleinen Testchargen zu prüfen.

Sicherheitsprofil: Stabiles kosmetisches Produkt, unter normalen Anwendungsbedingungen am Haar nicht reizend und mit häufiger Anwendung kompatibel.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen: Nur zur äußerlichen kosmetischen Anwendung. Direkten Kontakt mit den Augen vermeiden; bei versehentlichem Kontakt gründlich mit Wasser ausspülen.
Lagerung: In einem geschlossenen Behälter, an einem trockenen Ort, geschützt vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und bei Temperaturen zwischen 15°C und 25°C lagern.

how can i make a leave -in conditioner for curly hair out of the conditioner base

What can I add in the conditioner base, besides Honeyquat, buttermilk powder and silk protein, to easily change the fact that the base penetrates too quickly into the hair and I don't have time to stretch it well, as it already gets into the hair. In principle quite good and effective, but although it was enriched with 9% active and used the conditioner in abundance it couldn't neutralize or cover the rather aggressive effect of the shampoo (made of shampoo base + 7% active) on my relatively dry hair. For oily scalp the final result was much better!
